About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Executive Director to lead a thriving senior living community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, Personal Care, and Memory Care services. You will guide a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and ensure residents receive the exceptional experience they deserve. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all daily operations across IL, AL, PC, and Memory Care Consistently drive occupancy to 90•98% Ensure full compliance with state regulations and internal quality standards Build, mentor, and empower a strong clinical and operational team Champion an outstanding resident experience and uphold a top-tier community reputation What You Bring 3-4 years of proven success as an Executive Director in senior living Experience across Independent Living, Memory Care, and Personal Care Strong clinical understanding and operational leadership Demonstrated ability to maintain high occupancy and deliver exceptional outcomes Why This Organization?
