Vice President of Employment Services Summary Schedule:
Full Time, schedule may include evenings, weekends, and community events
Pay:
$90,000 - $120,000 annually
Location:
Will require traveling to
Broome, Cortland, Madison, Chenango, and Tioga Counties Benefits:

What You'll Do As Vice President of Employment Services, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for ACHIEVE's employment and vocational services across Broome, Chenango, Cortland, Madison, and Tioga counties. This role provides oversight to supported employment, vocational rehabilitation, employment training programs, and community contracts while ensuring quality services, regulatory compliance, and positive outcomes for individuals supported. Lead and grow employment and vocational services programs across ACHIEVE's service area. Ensure compliance with OPWDD, ACCES-VR, Medicaid, state, and federal requirements. Oversee program operations, documentation, billing, budgets, and quality assurance activities. Develop business partnerships and community relationships that create employment opportunities. Supervise, coach, and develop departmental leadership and staff. Collaborate with agency leadership on strategic planning, program expansion, and resource management Represent ACHIEVE within the community and on professional committees and boards.
Requirements:
Master's degree in vocational Rehabilitation or a related field and one year of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience; OR An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Qualifications:
Supervisory experience preferred, strong knowledge of OPWDD and vocational services, excellent communication skills, valid driver's license, and ability to travel throughout ACHIEVE's five-county service area
