Duties Lead and manage all dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and administrative functions to achieve business objectives. Develop and execute strategic plans that align with company goals, market trends, and customer needs. Oversee profit & loss statements, financial management, and budget planning to maximize profitability. Drive business development initiatives to expand market share and enhance customer engagement through targeted marketing and sales strategies. Manage team performance through effective supervision, coaching, training, and development of staff at all levels. Implement process improvements using lean management principles to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs. Utilize Excel data analysis tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
