General Manager Euclid, OH $90,000 - $100,000 / year
OVERVIEW A
large, 700+ unit community in Euclid — with both market-rate units and an affordable Section 8 component — is looking for a General Manager to run the whole operation. This is a big property with a lot of moving parts, a great fit for someone who's managed at scale and is comfortable moving between conventional and subsidized housing compliance. ️
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Run all operations for a 700+ unit community spanning both market-rate and Section 8 units Own the property's budget — forecasting, monthly reporting, and financial performance Lead occupancy and leasing strategy across both the market-rate and affordable sides of the portfolio Ensure Section 8/HUD compliance for the affordable units, including recertifications and inspections Build and lead a large on-site team across leasing, maintenance, and administration Manage capital improvement projects and vendor relationships at scale Set the tone for resident service and community culture on a large property Handle escalated resident issues and compliance matters as they come up Report property performance and strategy directly to ownership

WHAT IT TAKES
5+ years of property management experience, including experience at scale (500+ units) Hands-on experience with Section 8/HUD compliance and recertifications Strong financial acumen — comfortable owning a large property's budget Track record building and leading large on-site teams Familiar with property management software (Yardi, OneSite, RealPage, or similar) COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) or similar affordable-housing credential a plus Calm, organized leader who thrives managing complexity Excellent communication skills, internally and with residents Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
