Emergency Rail Road Services - Assistant Division Manager Trainee (Class A CDL Required) Tulsa, OK (Must Live Within 45 Minutes) $34.55/hr + Overtime $95,000-$115,000+ Annual Earnings + bonus plan ($35.55/hr + OT) Lead. Respond. Grow. Hulcher Services is a nationwide leader in railroad emergency response and heavy equipment operations, with more than 40 years of industry experience. We are seeking a hands-on operational leader for our Assistant Division Manager Trainee position. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader who is ready to take the next step in their career while developing the skills and experience needed to advance into Division Management. You will lead field crews, support customers, oversee emergency response operations, and help ensure safe, efficient, and successful job execution. What You'll Do Lead and supervise crews during railroad emergency response and field operations Oversee rerailing, cleanup, material handling, track support, and heavy equipment activities Ensure crews and equipment are prepared for emergency response Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork Provide professional and responsive customer service Make critical decisions in fast-paced and high-pressure situations Lead by example while developing your leadership and operational skills Work toward increased responsibility and advancement into Division Management What We're Looking For Railroad experience preferred and highly valued 3-5 years of leadership experience in railroad, heavy construction, transportation, industrial operations, or a related field Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations Experience working with heavy equipment is a plus Class A CDL Must live locally or be willing to relocate to ensure the ability to respond within 30-45 minutes of the Hudson, WI yard Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on emergency response needs Why Join Hulcher Services? ✔ $95,000-$115,000+ annual earning potential + bonus plan ✔ $34.55/hour + overtime ✔ Leadership development and career advancement opportunities ✔ Comprehensive benefits package ✔ Stable, year-round employment ✔ Opportunity to build a long-term career with an established national company ✔ High-impact leadership role in railroad emergency response operations Ready to Take the Next Step?
