What You'll Do Conduct Property Tours:
Greet visitors warmly, present community amenities, and highlight individual apartment unit features.
Manage Leases:
Process applications, complete background/credit checks, and prepare lease agreements in accordance with
Fair Housing Laws Support Residents:
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with renewals, answering policy questions, and coordinating with maintenance.
Maintain Records:
Complete detailed record-keeping of guest traffic, resident files, and unit inventory via property software. Assist Property Manager with daily operations
What We Are Looking For Experience:
Minimum 1 year of sales, leasing, hospitality, or retail customer service experience preferred.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Software:
Familiarity with property management software is a strong plus.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Availability:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, as required by property needs.
