Oversee the quality and financial outcomes for your facility. Lead a team of 30+ employees with multiple direct reports that you will work with daily to achieve facility based and company goals. Stay informed of health industry trends and monitor standards and compliance. Qualifications Qualifications Must have a current Oregon ALF/RCF Administrators License. Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college. Have at least 2 years experience as a Memory Care Administrator Be a strong leader with the ability to creatively problem-solve in both resident care and employee management situations. Qualifications:
