This is a full-time, hands-on opportunity designed for individuals who want to build a career in sales, customer engagement, team development, and business leadership . As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with experienced leaders while gaining practical experience across the day-to-day operations of the business. You'll spend time working directly with customers, supporting team performance, learning proven sales strategies, and developing the leadership skills needed to take on increased responsibility within the organization. What You'll Do Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Develop strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication. Work toward individual and team sales goals using effective sales and customer-engagement strategies. Learn and support daily business operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Lead by example in customer service, professionalism, communication, and work ethic. Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members.
