Job Description

Welcome to LAEFC Thank you for your interest in the Executive Director position at Lebanon Area Evangelical Free Church. LAEFC exists to help people Know, Live, and Share the Heart of Jesus . We desire that every person who walks onto our campus experiences the significance, hope, and satisfaction that can only be found through a relationship with Jesus Christ. Each weekend, between 600 and 750 people gather for worship at LAEFC, supported by approximately 225 formal members who are committed to the life and mission of our church. As a growing congregation, we are seeking an Executive Director who will serve as a strategic ministry leader and trusted partner to the Lead Pastor and Elders. This leader will help strengthen our staff, systems, operations, finances, communications, and organizational health so that our ministries can continue to thrive and effectively fulfill our mission. The Opportunity The Executive Director serves as the operational and organizational leader of LAEFC, partnering closely with the Lead Pastor and Elder Board to translate vision into action. This individual will oversee operations, administration, finances, facilities, communications, technology, staff development, and strategic initiatives while helping ensure that every ministry remains aligned with the mission of helping people Know, Live, and Share the Heart of Jesus. We are seeking a leader who loves Jesus deeply, develops people intentionally, builds healthy teams, and understands that organizational excellence exists to support ministry. The Leader We Are Seeking The ideal candidate is a spiritually mature leader who demonstrates the character qualifications outlined in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.

Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
