Job Description
Overview The Lancaster County Convention Center Authority (LCCCA) is seeking a strategic leader to serve as the new Executive Director. The Lancaster County Convention Center Authority is a dynamic public authority responsible for owning and stewarding one of Pennsylvania's premier meetings and convention venues, the Lancaster County Convention Center. Established in 1999 and governed by a seven-member volunteer Board of Directors appointed by the City of Lancaster and Lancaster County, LCCCA plays a vital role in driving tourism, economic development, and community vitality throughout Lancaster County. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary and collaborative executive to lead an organization that sits at the intersection of hospitality, tourism, economic development, and public stewardship. The Executive Director will have the opportunity to shape the future of one of Pennsylvania's most successful convention destinations while partnering with a highly engaged Board, a vibrant community, and a destination that continues to experience sustained growth and national recognition. The Executive Director serves as the chief executive officer of the Lancaster County Convention Center Authority, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. The Executive Director provides strategic leadership, governance, financial stewardship, and oversight of the Authority's public assets, ensuring they are managed in alignment with the Board's vision and the Authority's long-term mission.
