Oversee profit and loss management, analyzing financial data to optimize revenue streams and control costs effectively.

Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, cultivating customer relationships, and expanding service offerings.

Implement data-driven decision-making processes utilizing Excel data analysis and operational metrics to improve efficiency and profitability.

RequirementsProven management experience with a strong background in team leadership, business management, and operational oversight within the agriculture or related sectors.

Demonstrated success in profit & loss analysis, financial management, and strategic planning at an executive level.

Extensive experience in project management, process improvement, and implementing lean management techniques.

Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment.

Strong data analysis skills using Excel or similar tools to inform decision-making processes.

Background in sales development, customer service excellence, and business development strategies.

Supervising experience with a focus on team development and leadership in fast-paced environments.
