Associate Vice President, Payor Strategies Shift:

Experience:

Minimum 10-15 years progressive experience in hospital or health system managed care contracting with payors and/or health care providers, including 5-10 years in a management role Demonstrated ability to lead a team to meet goals and expectations Experience with large health system or hospital or health insurance provider Proven communication and contract negotiation skills, both oral and written Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex contract issues Strong business acumen with strategic thinking ability

Education:

Bachelor's Degree required, Masters in Business Administration, or a Masters in Health Administration preferred.
