Job Description
As Hospitality & Events Manager, your primary focus will be overseeing the Jade Rabbit Speakeasy during its operating hours , maintaining strong service and hospitality standards, developing and executing events, and supporting the broader management team at Maison Lotus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service, managing staff, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for the food service industry. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Lead and train staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Handle cash management, including processing transactions and reconciling cash drawers. Utilize POS systems effectively to manage orders and track sales performance. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience. Monitor restaurant performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively. Knowledge of inventory control processes and catering operations is preferred. Proficiency in cash handling procedures and experience with POS systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
