Bentley & Maserati of Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing F&I professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving dealership profitability. What You'll Do Guide customers through financing options and vehicle protection products, including VSC, GAP, and ancillary products. Deliver a seamless, transparent, and professional transition from Sales to Finance. Achieve key F&I performance metrics, including

PVR, VSC

penetration, product penetration, and product index. Partner with Sales Management to structure deals and ensure efficient funding. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, lender, and company requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions. Coach Sales Consultants on effective sales and turnover processes. Promote customer retention through maintenance and vehicle protection offerings. What We're Looking For Previous automotive F&I experience required. Strong knowledge of lending practices and compliance regulations. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals. High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
