Salary Range:

Five or more years of leadership experience within an insurance agency or brokerage. Deep understanding of the local York insurance market and existing professional networks. Demonstrated ability to mentor sales teams and drive consistent revenue growth. Superior negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Knowledge of agency management software and digital underwriting platforms. Prior experience in building and scaling an agency office from the ground up. Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations for our York office, ensuring we maintain high standards of service and integrity. Recruit, train, and mentor a talented team of insurance professionals to achieve their career and production goals. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our footprint within Pennsylvania. Cultivate relationships with major insurance carriers to ensure we have the most competitive products for our clients. Analyze sales metrics and report directly to the executive team on performance trends and areas for development.
