Back to jobs B2B General Manager Redwood City, CA Apply As B2B General Manager, you will oversee the evolution and execution of a comprehensive strategy to grow Balsam Hill's business sales. This role is pivotal in driving omnichannel growth through strategic sector development and a combination of online and offline sales initiatives. Success in this role requires a seasoned leader with strong strategic thinking skills, a hands-on approach to execution, and exceptional relationship-building capabilities. This full-time position reports to the VP of Growth located in Redwood City, CA and is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in-office. What you'll be doing: Lead team with accountability for business outcomes, promoting solution-sharing and inspiring the broader team/function with a vision aligned with organizational values Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to expand B2B sales, including both online and offline initiatives Drive omnichannel growth by identifying and capitalizing on strategic sector opportunities Provide umbrella oversight for the B2B channel, including: Digital commerce initiatives across multiple sites and platforms Various sector development (hospitality, trade, etc.) Strategic account management Build strong cross-functional relationships across the company to gain alignment and support for B2B initiatives, to include: Digital Experience teams on online shopper experience and content strategy Merchandising teams on product development and assortment strategy Marketing teams on channel-specific programs and brand positioning Technology teams on e-commerce and system integrations Operations teams on B2B specific fulfillment and customer service needs Oversee and manage a small but growing team Dive into the operational complexities of the B2B business, ensuring seamless execution and measurable results Drive analytical decision-making through: Demand planning and forecasting Sales performance analytics Sector profitability analysis What you bring to the table: 15+ years of progressive retail and sales leadership experience 10+ years of leadership experience with P&L responsibility Leads team with accountability for business outcomes, promoting solution-sharing and inspiring the broader team/function with a vision aligned with organizational values Proven track record in omnichannel retail strategy and execution Track record of successful cross-functional leadership

Please note that placement within the posted salary range is based on several factors, including geographic location, experience, skills, alignment with role requirements and other job-related factors. It is uncommon for offers to be made at the top of the range, as this typically reflects a candidate who exceeds all role requirements and brings significant, directly applicable experience.
