Job Description:

Art of Tea is a leading wellness tea brand rooted in craftsmanship, ritual, and intentional living. As we scale nationally and expand operations into South Florida, we're looking for a Chief of Staff to serve as the CEO's trusted execution partner someone who can move seamlessly between managing AI-powered workflows, coordinating a building project, driving marketing initiatives, and keeping the CEO's day running without friction. This is not a traditional assistant role. You'll be the operational backbone of a growing brand

What You'll Own AI Agent & Workflow Management Manage and execute projects using AI tools (Claude, Manus, ChatGPT, and similar platforms) Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows for content, research, operations, and communications Stay current on AI capabilities and proactively find ways to increase the CEO's leverage through technology Marketing & Growth Support Support Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy

• ensuring Art of Tea shows up in AI-powered search results Coordinate marketing initiatives across digital channels, content creation, and brand partnerships Help execute product launches, campaigns, and thought leadership content Confidential Executive Support Own the CEO's calendar, inbox, and communications with a high level of discretion and judgment Anticipate needs, flag risks, and keep initiatives moving without bottlenecks Prepare agendas, track priorities, and ensure consistent follow-through on action items Act as a liaison between the CEO, executive team, and external partners Construction & Facilities Project Coordination Oversee the buildout of Art of Tea's new Fort Lauderdale location coordinating vendors, timelines, permits, and budgets Manage communication between contractors, architects, municipalities, and internal stakeholders Track milestones, flag delays, and keep the project on schedule Operations & Cross-Functional Support Support business scaling initiatives through research, analysis, and coordination Handle light accounting and operational tasks (payments, reporting, compliance follow-ups) Assist with employee appreciation, internal communications, and culture-building What Success Looks Like (First 6-12 Months) AI workflows are running smoothly, the CEO has a reliable system for executing projects through AI agents The Fort Lauderdale buildout is on track with clear reporting and no surprises AEO and marketing projects are moving forward with consistent execution The CEO's calendar and inbox run with minimal intervention The CEO gains 10-15 hours per week of reclaimed time to focus on strategic priorities What We're Looking For 5+ years in a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or Operations Manager role supporting a CEO or founder Comfortable and proficient with AI tools•you already use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms in your work Marketing awareness•you don't need to be a CMO, but you understand digital marketing, content, and SEO/AEO basics Project management experience•especially coordinating vendors, timelines, and budgets (construction experience is a plus) Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion, dependability, and trustworthiness Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment Based in or near Boca Raton / Fort Lauderdale, FL with reliable transportation Passion for wellness and mission-driven work strongly preferred Why Art of Tea Work directly with the CEO of a respected, growing wellness brand Shape how the company scales•your work has real, visible impact Flexible, hybrid work environment with room for growth Competitive compensation + the chance to build something meaningful Be at the forefront of AI-powered business operations
