Job Details Description SUMMARY :
The Armstrong Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Vice President of Business Development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing business development strategies that drive revenue growth. This individual will play a key role in expanding our market share and establishing strategic partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's overall growth objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Negotiate and close contracts that are mutually beneficial for the company and its clients. Manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve targets. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, preferably in the relocation industry. Proven track record of success in generating new business and exceeding revenue targets. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and NetSuite CRM software.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 15 pounds. Ability to sit for long periods; stand and walk frequently; and bend, stoop, and reach occasionally.

$120,000
