We don't need someone to manage meetings. We need an operator. We're looking for Wags from Billions meets Jared from Silicon Valley . Relentlessly loyal to the mission. Obsessively organized. Slightly paranoid about what could go wrong. The person who handles the problem before the founder even knows there is one. Don't know Wags or Jared? Find out. That's part of the test. You sit between the Founder, Product, Engineering + Operations and turn chaos into execution.YOUR JOB
MAKE SURE SH$%GETS DONE.
Founder idea → requirements → tasks → owners → deadlines → SHIPPED. Know what's being worked on. Know what's late. Keep engineers moving. Test everything. Chase what stalls. Follow up. Then follow up again. When everyone thinks it's handled, you check.YOU NEED TO SPEAK ENGINEER.
You don't have to be our best coder. But you need to understand software development. Follow architecture conversations. Understand APIs and integrations. Read technical requirements. Challenge estimates. Spot dependencies. QA releases. Know enough about code to ask engineers the right questions. If "the backend isn't ready" ends the conversation for you, this isn't your job.WE WANT A WORRY WART.
Obsessively organized. Unreasonably responsive. High urgency. Low ego. Technically fluent. Great product instincts. If something falls through the cracks, it should bother you.THIS IS GARAGE STARTUP LIFE.
