The Opportunity This is a structured leadership track designed to develop future managers of financial advisors. After being hired into the program, you will begin as a Financial Advisor, learning the business firsthand—prospecting, closing, and building a book of clients. After successfully completing the advisor phase (within 12 months), you'll transition into a Manager of Financial Advisors, where you'll recruit, coach, and lead a team. Ideal for entrepreneurial, sales-driven professionals seeking long-term upside and leadership responsibility. Phase 1: Financial Advisor (Year 1) Build the foundation by doing the job yourself. Responsibilities Build your own client base through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach Learn consultative selling techniques to convert prospects into long-term clients Develop customized financial strategies (investments, retirement, insurance, wealth planning) Grow and manage a recurring-revenue book of business Conduct client meetings, including discovery of client priorities, objectives, risks and confidently present financial recommendations Leverage firm marketing, technology, and coaching to scale your practice Progressively take full ownership of your results, income, and growth
