Vice President, Strategy COMPANY Private Equity-Backed Healthcare & Pharmaceutical Services Company

LOCATION

Fordham Park, NJ (hybrid)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is a middle-market private equity firm that has recently acquired a healthcare and pharmaceutical services platform that supports pharmaceutical manufacturers and specialty pharmacies. As its team looks to scale to the next phase of growth, they are looking for a Vice President of Strategy who will work closely with both the private equity sponsor and executive leadership team to lead value creation initiatives, drive key commercial/strategic priorities and help execute an ambitious growth agenda focused on doubling the size of the business. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of strategy consulting experience at a top-tier firm, plus two to four years of operating experience in the broader life sciences, pharmaceutical or healthcare space.
