+ Full Benefits Albany, NY (Hybrid) Are you a Project Development Specialist looking to drive major growth, with Performance Bonus and Equity, in a hands-on leadership role? Do you have experience developing solar and storage projects from origination through Ready-to-Build? This is a permanent, senior leadership position with a specialist renewable energy developer where you'll be trusted to build pipeline, shape strategy, and deliver projects that move the needle, backed by a high-impact package and hybrid/remote flexibility. You'll be joining a business focused on distributed solar, community solar, battery storage, and sustainable infrastructure, with clear succession planning to progress into Director / Senior VP / Regional Director as the platform grows. You'll originate and screen greenfield opportunities, lead feasibility, manage interconnection and permitting, and partner closely with investment, EPC, and asset management teams to deliver fully diligenced, Ready-to-Build projects. This role suits a success-driven leader who wants real ownership, autonomy, and a clear route into broader regional leadership responsibility as the pipeline scales.

The Role:

Develop distributed solar, storage, and C&I projects through Notice to Proceed. Lead interconnection, permitting, real estate, and offtake. Partner with investment and EPC teams to deliver fully diligenced projects.

The Person:

Proven experience in renewable energy project development. Hands-on experience across solar, storage, community solar, or C&I. Hands-on leader with strong financial/project economics capability
