Job Description
Job Overview:
31-W Insulation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process of new team members
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the store manager to ensure proper stock levels
- Assist in creating employee schedules and managing payroll
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Multilingual skills are a plus
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in a construction environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
