Overview:

We are looking for a self-starter with a positive attitude and prior consumer finance experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing collections, handling loan closings, and stepping into a leadership role in the manager's absence. In this role, you will help develop and maintain customer relationships while contributing to account growth through sound loan judgment and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all branch operations comply with state and federal regulations and company policies. Manage lending, collections, repossession, cash management, and employment actions. Perform collections activities and loan closings efficiently. Support the team by assuming managerial responsibilities when necessary. Assist in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in consumer finance or collections. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a team environment.
