• Candidate Search Brief Neighbors Together | North Charleston, SC Neighbors Together seeks a mission-driven, hands-on Executive Director to lead a trusted, community-based organization serving individuals and families facing food insecurity, housing instability, and economic hardship.

Rooted in dignity and relationship-based care, Neighbors Together provides daily access to meals, pantry services, clothing, and connections to healthcare and supportive resources. The organization plays a vital role in the community and is poised for its next phase of stability and growth. The next Executive Director will strengthen operations, expand fundraising, and build the structure needed for long-term sustainability

• Lead daily operations and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
• Strengthen and expand fundraising
• individual, foundation, corporate, and events
• Build and steward relationships with donors, partners, and community stakeholders
• Support and develop staff and volunteers in a collaborative environment
• Partner with the Board to advance strategy and organizational growth
• Establish systems and processes that support sustainability and scale Compensation
