Sparkling Image Car Wash is Now Hiring! We are looking for an Assistant Manager Car Wash to add to our team in Bartlett, TN. This is an exciting position to operate our Sparkling Image Car Wash and a full detail shop. Sparkling Image Car Wash is one of the nation's largest car wash companies, operating full service car washes, detail centers & lube centers under Sparkling Image, Eager Beaver and Mobil 1 Lube Express brands.

Job Responsibilities:
Safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers Oversee and manage daily operation of the total operations with profit and loss responsibility Responsible for overall store safety, cleanliness, employee orientation, performance management, training, and inventory We are looking for candidates who: Desire to manage high volume activity in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Exercise hands on leadership Have a strong desire to drive revenue through customer service conceptsJob Qualifications:
Desire and drive to learn new concepts. We provide full training!
