Oversee infrastructure, networking, systems, POS, and support. Mentor and develop the IT team. Partner with leadership on technology strategy. Support acquisitions and new site launches. Travel as business needs require. What You'll Need to be Considered Be able to do the job as described. Proven multi-site IT leadership experience. Proven POS (Point of Sales) system experience Hands-on technical leadership across infrastructure, networking, systems, and support. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Experience developing and leading technical teams. Willingness to travel as business needs evolve. Most travel associated is across the Southeast
