VP, Mergers and Acquisitions Req #320 Franklin, TN, USA Apply Share Job Description Posted Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 1:00 AM Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions This role will report directly to the CEO. Over the next 18 months, your primary responsibilities and key deliverables include, but are not limited to:
- Build a deep, proprietary understanding of the agriculture equipment and adjacent manufacturing landscape
- Develop investment theses that connect market opportunity to enterprise value creation
- Source, cultivate, and advance high-quality acquisition opportunities. Build M&A pipeline
- Support rigorous analysis, diligence, and transaction execution
- Help ensure acquisitions become successful strategic combinations, not just completed transactions
- Be a role model of the Winning Culture of GPT The role will be based out of our Global HQ in Franklin, TN.
