You'll focus on: Building and refining operational systems that set the standard Leading and developing a team that's engaged, capable, and proud of their work Driving consistency across housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, and guest services Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs without compromising quality Ensuring our property meets and exceeds Best Western standards and local regulations Building guest loyalty through operational excellence and attention to detail Who We're Looking For You have a proven track record as a General Manager or assistant GM at a full-service or extended-stay hotel property. You're detail-oriented, data-driven, and energized by the challenge of optimizing operations.
