We are seeking an Entry Level Management Trainee to join our team and develop the skills needed to support customers, represent AT&T, and contribute to a successful team environment. This is an entry-level opportunity with hands-on training and room for professional growth. What You'll Do as an Entry Level Management Trainee (sales): Communicate with customers and provide a positive, professional experience Help oversee and manage a small team and help with backend business operations Learn our AT&T's products, services, and customer programs Assist with customer enrollment, account information, and AT&T service-related questions Build strong customer relationships through clear and confident communication Support daily team goals and contribute to a collaborative environment Develop leadership, communication, and customer-facing skills through hands-on training Take on additional responsibilities as you gain experience

What We're Looking For:

Bilingual in English and Spanish Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Professional, outgoing, and comfortable working with customers Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or similar customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required
