What You'll Do Partner with the Sales Floor Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Lead by example on the sales floor, going above and beyond to make every customer's experience special. Support the growth of our team by helping train, coach, and motivate employees to shine in their roles. Help drive sales goals by sharing product knowledge, recommending styles, and engaging customers with confidence. Keep the store looking its best — clean, organized, and beautifully merchandised. Ensure every customer is welcomed, assisted, and leaves feeling inspired. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred. At least 2 years of retail experience (leadership experience is a plus!). Strong people skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. A flexible schedule — including evenings and weekends as needed. Perks + Benefits 40% employee discount on full-priced items (with extra-special discounts during select times throughout the year!). Overtime pay at 1.5x your hourly rate for hours over 40 per week. Weekly pay — with the option to cash out early via Homebase. 40 PTO may be available for full-time position.
