Qualified Candidates:

Have experience in sales and/or team supervision, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym. Massage industry experience is a plus , but not required Are team players with leadership potential who can support, motivate, and help guide others Are comfortable having honest and constructive conversations Help foster a positive, professional culture where staff feel valued, supported, and connected to the mission

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Support the Manager in daily operations, including membership sales, retail promotion, inventory control, and scheduling Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a welcoming, safe, and therapeutic environment Step in to resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care Assist in training, coaching, and developing team members to meet performance goals Help ensure all policies, procedures, and compliance standards are followed consistently Monitor business performance and help identify opportunities for improvement
