Management Trainee Program
Purpose:
To engage recent college graduates in Eagle Railcar's Management Training Program, where individuals will gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion into management level positions under the direction of experienced personnel. The ideal candidate will be open to learning new things, not afraid to take chances, is willing to get their hands dirty, and is interested in learning every aspect of railcar repair and maintenance.
Who We Are:
Eagle Railcar Services, the nation's largest railcar repair network, is seeking a select group of eager, motivated individuals to join our growing organization. Eagle is implementing a new management trainee program that will serve as a feeder for various management level positions within the company. This 10 to 12-month program will provide intense hands-on training in every department at the shop level.
