What We Expect From Our Director Learn our curriculum and programs for kids ages 4 months to 10 years Train others and improve business performance

Multitask:

create a positive customer experience, manage staff, build schedules, and be the "face" of Tumbles Frisco Excellent verbal and written communication skills Engage with new customers and educate them about our services Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems Social media knowledge is a plus Ability to work at least two weekends a month is a plus Essential Job Functions Background in business management and administration, including staffing and team management, customer service, and/or facility management Some background (personal or professional) in exercise science/kinesiology, child development, fitness, gymnastics, cheer, sports, dance, or a related field Customer-service focus: able to sell programs, manage customer feedback and expectations, and create an undeniably fantastic customer experience Friendly, positive attitude and the ability to lead in building a great company culture and team dynamic Strong work ethic Leadership qualities: willing to help others and to coach and support team members Clean background check Why You'll Love This Job You'll see smiling faces all day You'll stay active.
