Overview We are seeking an energetic and strategic General Manager to lead our operations and drive sustainable growth. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of business management within our industrial division, ensuring business generation, operational excellence and financial performance. You will be responsible for steering teams toward achieving strategic objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and manage the entire industrial division, including operations, sales, project management, and customer service teams Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and enhance operational efficiency Oversee profit & loss management, ensuring financial targets are met through effective cost control and revenue growth strategies Drive process improvements using lean management principles to optimize productivity and reduce waste Manage business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and strengthen client relationships Implement data-driven decision-making processes utilizing Excel data analysis to monitor performance metrics Foster a high-performance team environment by developing leadership capabilities and promoting team development initiatives Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality assurance protocols, and industry regulations Experience Proven experience in management within the industrial or manufacturing sector with a focus on operations management Strong background in profit & loss analysis, financial management, and strategic planning at an executive level Demonstrated success in project management, process improvement, and business development Extensive team management experience with a focus on leadership, supervising teams, and managerial communication skills Proficiency in Excel data analysis for operational insights and decision making Knowledge of lean management principles and operational best practices in industrial environments Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships Join us to lead a dedicated team committed to innovation and excellence in the industrial sector!
