About the Role As an Assistant Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting the daily operations and success of a Consumer Loan Office. You'll work closely with customers to help meet their financial needs while assisting with branch growth, customer relationships, collections, and overall office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to grow into a long-term leadership career. You'll work alongside an experienced team while building the skills needed to take the next step within the company. Key Responsibilities Support daily branch operations and assist in maintaining company standards Develop customer relationships to drive growth, retention, and branch success Assist customers with loan applications, payments, and account questions Help review customer information and support the loan process Perform collection calls and work with customers to find payment solutions Maintain and balance the branch cash drawer daily Prepare daily bank deposits and assist with branch operational procedures Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations Deliver strong customer service in a professional and respectful manner Promote all company products and services, including Tax Preparation services Support branch growth through referrals, community involvement, and local business partnerships Work collaboratively with team members to achieve branch and company goals What We Offer Competitive pay with monthly performance-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid training and travel reimbursement Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time Opportunities for advancement and long-term career growth
What We're Looking For Experience:
Prior experience in retail, sales, customer service, or financial services preferredMindset:
