Per Week Responsibilities:

Connect with customers and provide a professional, positive experience Learn and apply effective sales and customer service techniques Educate customers about auto glass repair, windshield replacement, and hail damage services Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services Schedule appointments and follow up with customers Support customer outreach, promotions, and marketing initiatives Build strong, long-term customer relationships Work toward individual and team sales goals Learn daily business operations and administrative processes Develop communication, leadership, and team-building skills Take on additional responsibilities as your skills and performance grow Assist with training and supporting new team members as you advance
