Club Pilates Grand Oaks is looking for an Assistant General Manager / Senior Sales Associate who brings energy, drive, and genuine passion for helping our studio grow. This position will also temporarily step into the General Manager role — including managing our instructor and sales team and keeping marketing efforts moving — while our GM is out on maternity leave. What You'll Do Drive Sales Confidently sell memberships, packages, and retail — both in-studio and over the phone. Follow up with leads quickly and effectively to convert interest into action. Create an Incredible First Impression Be the welcoming, energetic face of our studio. Greet every guest with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm. Engage & Communicate Connect with prospects and members through in-person conversation, phone calls, text, and email. Build relationships that keep members excited and engaged. Lead the Team Manage and support our instructor and sales team, keeping everyone aligned and motivated. Assist with scheduling, lead management, and community events. Serve as the go-to studio leader for day-to-day operations while the GM is on leave. Keep Marketing Moving Maintain momentum on social media, email campaigns, and local promotions to keep the studio visible and growing. Share promotions, events, and offerings to drive awareness and build our community. What We're Looking For A sales-driven mindset with the confidence to close deals. Someone outgoing, personable, and comfortable talking to anyone. Excellent communication skills — face-to-face, phone, and written. Comfortable stepping into a leadership role and managing a small team. A reliable, organized self-starter who takes initiative without being asked. Passion for wellness and helping people improve their lives. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required . Some college experience required. 2+ years of proven sales experience (preferably in a customer-facing or service-based environment); prior experience leading or supervising others is a plus. Strong interest in health, wellness, and fitness. Must be available to work both daytime and evening hours to support studio operations and leadership coverage.
