General Manager for Cowboy Express Car Wash Walk into a good one. Most GM jobs hand you a mess and ask you to fix it. This isn't that. You're stepping into a site with a solid crew already in place, equipment that runs, and a support structure behind you. What we need is a leader who can take a good operation and make it a great one. What you'll own You run the building. This is a hands-on job, if you're looking for an office chair, keep scrolling. What we're really looking for Sales ability. Not pushy, not scripted, the kind of person who can teach a 19-year-old greeter how to have a real conversation with a customer and turn a single wash into a membership. Membership conversion is the engine of this business, and your ability to coach it is the single biggest thing that will make you successful here. And people. You should be the manager your best employees want to work for. We want someone who develops crew into shift leads and shift leads into assistant managers, not someone who burns through staff and blames the labor market. Requirements Proven leadership experience in car wash, QSR, retail, or another high-volume, hourly-workforce environment Demonstrated results growing recurring revenue, memberships, or a subscription program Track record of hiring, training, and keeping a team together Comfortable with numbers, you'll be reading a P&L and acting on it Must be able to commute to our Weatherford, TX location for the first three weeks of training.
