Full-time | Minimum 45 hours in-store per week Crumbl Tyler is looking for a hands-on, driven General Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Tyler location. We are an established, high-volume store looking for a leader who can build a strong team, maintain high standards, and take ownership of the store's performance. This is not a desk-management position. Our General Manager is expected to be actively involved in daily operations, work alongside the team, and set the standard for accountability, urgency, hospitality, and execution. What You'll Do Lead all day-to-day store operations and maintain Crumbl's operational and brand standards. Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and leadership. Build and maintain an effective employee schedule based on business needs and sales. Manage labor, food costs, inventory, waste, and other controllable expenses. Monitor store performance and take action when goals or standards are not being met. Maintain high standards for product quality, presentation, cleanliness, food safety, and customer service. Hold employees and leaders accountable for attendance, performance, policies, and expectations. Address employee and customer concerns professionally and promptly. Complete administrative responsibilities accurately and on time. Communicate effectively with ownership and provide solutions—not just identify problems. Create a positive, productive culture while maintaining clear expectations and accountability. Be willing and able to step into any position in the store when operationally necessary. What We're Looking For Our ideal GM is someone who is: Dependable, organized, and accountable. Comfortable leading a fast-paced, high-volume operation. Confident managing employees and having difficult conversations when necessary. Strong at training, delegation, and follow-through. Able to balance excellent customer service with labor and operational goals. Proactive and capable of identifying problems before they become larger issues. Willing to work alongside the team rather than manage exclusively from the sidelines. Flexible and available based on the needs of the business. Restaurant, retail, hospitality, or other high-volume management experience is strongly preferred. Experience with scheduling, labor management, hiring, training, inventory, and performance management is a plus. Schedule & Availability This position requires full, open availability , including mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. The General Manager is expected to work a minimum of 45 hours in-store per week . Additional hours may occasionally be necessary based on staffing, training, holidays, or operational needs. Compensation $38,000-$45,000 annual salary , based on experience and qualifications, plus the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses .
