We are seeking an enthusiastic, people-oriented individual to join our Management Trainee program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships and working in a fun, energetic, and team-focused environment. Management Trainees represent our clients' products and services through interactive promotions inside major retail locations. You will also receive one-on-one mentorship and training in areas such as team leadership, client relations, human resources, and business operations.

Responsibilities:

Support in-store marketing and promotional campaigns Communicate product information and promotions to customers Build positive relationships with customers and clients Assist customers and address their questions or concerns Maintain knowledge of our clients' products and services Learn how to train and support entry-level team members Develop leadership and team-management skills

Qualifications:

Customer service, sales, or retail experience is a plus but not required Business, marketing, or a related degree is a plus but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport with customers Positive, professional, and dependable attitude Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a team environment
