The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations! Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues
• Assist in managing store operations including purchasing, pricing, and inventory management
• Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
• Support budgeting efforts and monitor financial performance
• Supervise and train staff members to ensure a cohesive team environment
• Handle cash transactions and oversee cash handling procedures Requirements
• Prior experience in a retail/apparel environment is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Proficient in budgeting and financial management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
