Full Job Description Position Summary:
The General Manager is the go-to leader in the store, responsible for day-to-day operations, team development, and overall store success. GMs set the tone for store culture, lead with integrity, and ensure alignment with the store's core values: Accountability, Communication, Adaptability, and Inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with all policies.
  • In-charge of all hiring, training, and development of all Crew members.
  • Promote strong team communication and consistent Slack usage.
  • Drive performance, meet key metrics, and uphold store standards.
  • Hold regular check-ins with store and area leadership.
  • Resolve customer and employee concerns timely and professionally.
  • Manage and track inventory and ordering.
  • Oversee proper cash handling, deposits, and register reconciliation.
  • Implement corporate updates and operational changes.
  • Create and maintain the staff schedule 2-3 weeks in advance.
  • Fill in as needed to ensure smooth store operations.
