Description:
Job Description Community Association Management Professionals (CAMP) is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and professional Assistant General Manager to join the on-site management team of a large, upscale Homeowners Association in Lansdowne, Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the General Manager and play an important role in the day-to-day operations and ongoing enhancement of the community. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily community operations and special projects. Assist with project management, including coordinating contractors, schedules, communications, and follow-up. Support facilities management, maintenance, amenities, and common-area operations. Oversee and coordinate landscaping contracts and grounds maintenance, including inspections and vendor follow-up. Assist with staff and contractor oversight and ensure work meets community standards. Conduct regular indoor and outdoor property inspections and coordinate resolution of issues. Prepare professional resident communications, reports, letters, and emails. Assist with Board and community meetings, including occasional evening meetings. Help manage resident requests and provide professional, responsive service. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, personable, and solutions-oriented, with strong communication and follow-through skills. Community association management experience is highly valued. Experience with project management, facilities, landscaping contracts, and vendor management is a plus. A bachelor's degree and/or CAI credentials are desirable but not required.
