What We Offer:
Performance-driven compensation package with an annual earning range of $175,000 to $300,000 , combining a competitive salary with commissions and bonuses tied to profitability, growth, and operational success. Full health, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits 401(k) retirement plan Relocation Assistance Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and service professionals to achieve retention and performance goals. Manage the dealership's financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and profit maximization. Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to boost revenue and market share. Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction with every interaction. Oversee inventory levels, pricing, and procurement to maintain a profitable and balanced vehicle inventory. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and standards. Requirements Proven dealership management experience with a strong track record of successfully turning around under-performing stores. Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data. Excellent leadership and team-building skills. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of automotive industry trends and emerging technologies. Experience with dealership management software and tools.
