We're looking for a Seed Facility Manager Trainee to join our Mt. Holly, VA production facility. This hand-on role offers the opportunity to learn all aspects of seed production - from conditioning and packaging to distribution and field operations. You'll gain the mechanical, logistical, and leadership skills needed to advance into a Plant Manager position. What You'll Do
  • Set up and operate seed conditioning and packaging equipment
  • Monitor production runs and perform quality inspections
  • Load, unload, and organize materials in the warehouse
  • Maintain clean equipment and ensure high product purity
  • Perform mechanical repairs and basic preventative maintenance
  • Assist with outdoor field work as needed What You'll Need
  • Mechanical aptitude (experience with electric motors and equipment is a plus)
  • Forklift experience
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Agricultural background preferred
