Oversees maintenance and security of facilities; oversees renovation projects and monitors work to improve energy efficiency, productivity or employee safety. May work in manufacturing and production, or manage hotels, small apartment buildings, trailer parks or recreational facilities.

Job Description
- Set up and operate seed conditioning and packaging equipment
- Monitor production runs and perform quality inspections
- Load, unload, and organize materials in the warehouse
- Maintain clean equipment and ensure high product purity
- Perform mechanical repairs and basic preventative maintenance
- Assist with outdoor field work as needed What You'll Need
- Mechanical aptitude (experience with electric motors and equipment is a plus)
- Forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- High school diploma or GED required
- Agricultural background preferred
