Duties Run daily studio operations (opening/closing, rig maintenance, upkeep) Manage memberships, access systems, and member experience Build relationships within the automotive enthusiast community to drive membership growth Hire and manage part-time staff as we grow Handle local marketing and community outreach Troubleshoot sim hardware/software (motion rigs, triple-monitor setups) Shape programming: leagues, tournaments, themed nights Skills Real, hands-on sim racing experience — you know the gear and the community Comfort with basic tech troubleshooting Strong customer service instincts Self-starter who's comfortable wearing many hats Management/retail/hospitality experience a plus, but passion matters more Availability evenings/weekends When applying, tell us about your sim racing background and why this opportunity excites you.
