Available Position Overview:
The Assistant GM plays a key supporting role in the productivity, efficiency, and growth of the market. This position partners closely with the Market Leader to drive Safety, Quality, Productivity, Employee Engagement, and Customer Satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting in daily operations, supporting sales efforts, coordinating administrative tasks, and helping lead field and office teams toward shared business goals. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities to work outdoors, visit client properties, and contribute directly to the success of the team.
What a day is like:
Your responsibilities will span Sales, Operations, and Administration. You'll support the Market Leader in developing and tracking sales targets, coaching team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll assist in operational planning and resource coordination to keep jobs on schedule, teams on task, and vehicles and equipment operating safely. You'll also help ensure accurate paperwork, reporting, and process adherence across the branch. What kind of person are we looking for?
