This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing operations, and building a high performance team. The General Manager will take full ownership of the business, including sales performance, operational efficiency, and profit and loss management. You will be expected to lead from the front, implement structure, and deliver measurable results in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals to maximize revenue growth and market share. Lead, motivate, and supervise sales teams to ensure high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Oversee profit and loss management by analyzing financial reports, controlling budgets, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement. Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the customer base. Manage end-to-end project management efforts related to sales campaigns, process improvements, and new product launches. Implement process improvements within sales operations to streamline workflows, enhance customer experience, and increase efficiency. Collaborate with cross functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to support overall business growth. Qualifications Proven management experience with a track record of leading successful sales teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans. Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to inspire teams and foster collaboration. Experience managing profit & loss statements with a focus on financial analysis and budget control. Supervising experience in a sales or business development setting is essential. Knowledge of project management methodologies to oversee complex initiatives effectively. Expertise in process improvement techniques to optimize sales operations workflows.
